I perform a massage based on acupressure and Chinese medicine, which relieves muscle tension and allows energy to flow freely in the body to help the body find balance and achieve self-healing.
If you're feeling tired or anxious all the time, your head is spinning, your lower back or knees ache, I can offer you relief. In my experience, Chinese massages have proven to be effective in relieving muscular tension caused by sedentary work, and in relieving lack of energy caused by overwork, stress, insomnia or viral illnesses. Massage can be used both for regular body toning and disease prevention and to relieve various ailments.

I will support you on your journey to find peace and balance within yourself. One of the main causes of dissatisfaction is energy depletion, often caused by subtle blockages in the body’s energy flow. My massage is suitable both for addressing specific issues, such as relieving muscle tension, and for general relaxation.
If you have particular concerns, please let me know when booking your appointment. Massages can be scheduled as a single session, a series of 5 sessions, or on a regular basis, such as once a month. There is no need to decide on this immediately. Both before and after the massage, we will have a conversation, and after the first therapy session, you can decide at what pace you wish to proceed. We are all different, so it is important to find the pace and method that works best for you on this journey. I highly recommend taking some time after each massage to calmly enjoy a cup of tea or water and to sense the both significant and subtle changes occurring in your body and mind.
I am convinced that balance between the mind and body brings inner peace. From my own experience, I know that this is easier said than achieved.
A natural part of my life involves alleviating minor health issues through acupressure and herbal remedies, and I believe that managing my thoughts and emotions plays a significant role in this. I practice the Art of Conscious Change by Ingvar Villido and apply techniques learned from Alexander Technique courses in my daily life.
Delving into Chinese medicine and therapies has been a natural progression on my path of personal development. I am training to become a Chinese medicine therapist under the guidance of Rene Bürkland at Tervise Alkeemia. Additionally, I have acquired Tui Na massage skills under Marko Hiire's instruction. I have also completed courses in kidney massage, pelvic massage, and facial and back Gua Sha massage. Furthermore, I have undergone training in cupping therapy, auriculotherapy, and Tan Wu Bian under Rene Bürkland's mentorship.
